Eligibility Criteria for IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification:-

The candidates should be have a bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General, EWS and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government.

Note: Diploma course will not be considered as qualifying for the eligibility criteria.

Computer Literacy:

Candidates are expected to have proficiency in
computer knowledge.

Age Limit

The minimum age of candidates should be 20 years, and the maximum age 25 years.

Age Relaxation:

The maximum upper age limit is relaxable as follows:-

• For Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe categories: 5 years
• For other Backward Classes Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) categories : 3 years
• For Persons With Benchmark Disabilities as defined under “The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 ”: 10 years
• For Ex-Servicemen: 5 years.
• Persons affected by the 1984 riots: 5 years.
